Camilo releases 'Ropa Cara', a song "based on real events"

Camilo is back! The Colombian singer wanted to welcome 2021 with the release of his new single, 'Ropa Cara', and in less than 24 hours he has almost 4 million views on Youtube.

In this song Camilo has played with his musical repertoire innovating with a style that is very close to rap but with the special charisma that so much characterizes him musically. A new single that is the third preview, after 'Bebé' and 'Vida de Rico', of his next album. A new record project that, as he himself has assured, will come very soon.

'Ropa Cara' is a song that, as Camilo himself sings, is "a story based on real events. Of those that are not counted for being so personal, of when I knew a girl of good manners, with many followers on social media".

A single that was released simultaneously with his official video clip and where, "the boy with the Dalí moustache" has not disappointed his followers. In fact, on Youtube the video has already reached 4 million views in less than a day.

If the song of 'Ropa Cara' hooks from the first verse, the videoclip is not left behind. An audiovisual directed by Evaluna, his wife, and Santiago Achaga. Camilo shows a clear artistic evolution.

In the video you can see him wearing several models of: "Balenciaga, Gucci and Prada". A theme in line with the lyrics of the song, with which the Colombian has made clear in his final message that he is not that kind of person.

This new theme is being widely adopted by Latin artists of the moment, being the theme of Bad Bunny, 'Yo visto así', a clear example of this. 'Ropa Cara' is a theme with a panoramic format and original angles. A song with a different sound with which Camilo has wanted to show a different musical vision to the one he was already used to by his "Tribe", his public.
