J Balvin talks about his struggle with depression and anxiety: "I'm getting better”

The Colombian singer took his social media to share a message with his followers about his fight against depression and anxiety.

Colombian singer J Balvin took his Instagram to share great news with his millions of followers on social media: he is recovering from the chapter of anxiety and depression he has been fighting for about five months.

On his Instagram stories, the performer of 'Mi Gente' and 'Energía' shared a series of videos where he looks more animated and happy. He also took the opportunity to send a message to his fans.

"I'm going to tell you one thing and I'm only going to tell you once: I'm relieving myself. Do you know what that means? You don't know what that means... If we've been working for the last five months, wait for it," he said.

Despite the difficult situation the music industry is going through due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Colombian singer has had great moments in his artistic career with different releases.

"I'm not going to celebrate, I'm not going to run out of effect, and so there's nothing," he said, laughing, in the series of videos he shared on his social media, where he looks recovered and smiling.

As you may remember, at the beginning of November J Balvin announced that he was once again facing an episode of "anxiety and a little bit of depression", this happened days after having told his story with the COVID-19.
