Lagree, explains the step by step of the exercise routine:
- Stand up, spread your legs in a straight line to your shoulders and keep your abdomen taut.
- Then, wrap the elastic band around your fists and place it above your waist. Focus on bending your forearms to 95 degrees from your body.
- Push your arms forward in an 'X' shape, always in front of your chest. Return to the initial posture and repeat the movement for two or three minutes.
If it is the first time you train or do this exercise, do not worry; you can vary a little the training and make shorter movements, but not returning entirely to the initial posture. Repeat for one minute only.
