The routine that helped Adele lose weight and start sculpting her figure lasts just 8 minutes and now you can do it too.

This routine consists of intense exercises with 10-second breaks.


1: with legs apart and arms up, jump closing both limbs for 30 seconds

2: Position yourself as if you were going to do a squat and hold the position for about 10 seconds.

3: Lie on your back with your knees and hands on the floor, bending your arms for 1 minute.

4: Face up and with your legs bent, do sit-ups to strengthen the central part of the body for 1 minute.

5: Go up and down the stairs for 1 minute.

6: With your legs slightly apart, lower your hips to squat for 30 seconds.

7: lean a chair against a wall and, with your back, rest your arms on it. Straighten your legs and lower slowly, for 1 minute.

8: face down, support the balls of your feet and forearms on the floor, try to be fully stretched out and hold the plank position for 30 seconds.

9: Standing, raise your legs to your chest as fast and high as you can for 30 seconds.

10: Standing, bring your right leg forward and try to touch the floor with your left knee. Do the same on the other side. 30 seconds each side.
