Michelle Obama loves to train a lot, while listening to good music

Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, Sam Smith, Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris, among others, are the artists that the former first lady of the United States listens to, to motivate herself during her training, according to a playlist she shared some time ago on her social media.

This successful woman is in great physical shape and works every day with very demanding training sessions, executed with technical perfection worthy of admiration.

"It doesn't always feel good at the moment, but then it's nice to come to the gym," she confessed some months ago on social media, along with a picture of her performing 'lunges' with a heavy medicine ball.

Addicted to functional training, in which she works with the weight of her own body and dumbbells, Michelle is capable of completing series of very hard abs or the very demanding plyometric bench jumps with great ease.

Michelle also runs, boxes and practices yoga. Her goal, as she herself has stated on several occasions, is to try to take care of herself as much as possible in order to "have fun in her 70's or 80's".

A fervent believer in the healing power of sport, during the years when she was first lady (the time when she used to get up every day at 4:30 to complete her exercise routine), Michelle Obama launched the program 'Let's move', created to promote the practice of physical exercise as a tool to fight obesity among young people. "After all, for me, this is not just a public policy issue. This is my passion, my mission. I am committed to working with all people across this country to change a generation of children's thinking about food and physical activity", she said in his statement of intent. A passion to which she continues to devote much energy.
