During the social confinement, Dwayne Johnson "The Rock" has been answering a thousand questions on his Instagram, but the one that interested him the most was his weekly home workout routine.
Dwayne has shown us what his weekly workout routine looks like, and anyone who dares to follow it to the letter will see the expected results, obviously with a change in eating habits.
"My current workout is this one," began the text, clarifying why he is not going to record himself doing exercises, clearly it is not because he is afraid of not executing them perfectly, it is simply that he felt empathy for the millions of internet users who cannot attend the gym.
"I just know that I train very angry for being in this situation and I can't wait for everyone to come back to the gym to train like real beasts," added the actor, who also advised that we need to stay healthy, safe and positive.
"The Rock" offered a very important piece of information that really needs to be taken into account when starting a new body exercise routine.
"This is my workout routine, my current weight is 500 pounds," he began. The wrestler refers that on Mondays he does chest, leg, abdomen and cardio at the end, on Tuesdays he focuses on the back, abdomen, neck and cardio muscles, on Wednesdays he does deltoid, abdominal and cardiovascular exercise.
Likewise, on Thursdays he defines arms, abdomen, leg and finishes his cardio workout, on Fridays he focuses on his chest, back, abdomen and finishes his cardio routine.
His weekends are a little calmer, because on Saturdays he only does exercises focused on the legs and their respective cardio, and on Sundays, it is a free day, depending on the mess that arises clear, according to him.
