Growing your hair can be a frustrating experience, especially if it seems to take too long, but here are some tips to help you!
Long hair will never go out of style and to make the process a little faster it is important to modify your usual hair care routine, using different techniques to achieve long and beautiful hair. For a while, long hair has been the hairstyle of the moment. It must be said that the beautiful wavy lengths immediately add a glamorous side to our style and allow us to change our hairstyle as we see fit: in a high ponytail, in a hippie bun, in a bohemian braid, or even natural, loose.
The biggest concern is that of the growth of our hair. Either because it just doesn't grow, it's too fragile, or because life inspired you to cut it, there are many reasons, but although our hair grows one centimeter per month, there are some tips that are 100% natural and that you can turn into habits will allow accelerating its regeneration.
- WASH YOUR HAIR WITH COLD WATER:
Using hot water will dry out your hair and make it weak and brittle, cold water will be your best ally and will improve growth.
- DON'T BRUSH WET HAIR:
Wet hair tends to stretch and break more easily than when dry. If you need to untangle it, apply a conditioning product. Then untangle it with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb from the bottom up.
- EXFOLIATE THE SCALP:
Like the skin of the face, the scalp must also be exfoliated: excess sebum, dead cells, dandruff, all this, and more affect hair regrowth. The solution? Apply an exfoliator once a week to remove all these impurities and purify the scalp with natural ingredients. For this, we need coarse salt, or ground coffee, to mix it with a little olive oil. It is applied to the root and massaged with your fingertips in circular motions for a few minutes before shampooing. We always finish rinsing the shampoo with a jet of cold water, which protects the scalp and gives the hair a natural shine.
- USE OF OILS AND HAIR MASKS:
Every two weeks, apply a mask to your hair, that will help you repair any damage it has suffered and will restore its natural hydration to show off long hair.
Just by applying hydration masks and including some essential oils such as avocado fifteen minutes before bathing, you will notice the difference.
- DRINK LOTS OF WATER:
If you are dehydrated, your hair will reflect it. Your hair will become dry, dull, and more brittle.

- DON'T ABUSE THE HEAT:
Avoid using dryers, irons, etc. These artifacts allow us to wear incredible hairstyles but they also destroy the hair strand.

- MASSAGE YOUR HEAD:
The scalp massage activates microcirculation that will accelerate hair regrowth. Twice a week, for 5 to 10 minutes, using circular movements. The massage can be carried out without a product or by using a blend of invigorating essential oils such as pine, lemon, ylang-ylang, or thyme essential oil.
