This soft-tasting vegetable offers a large amount of nutrients such as folic acid, iron, potassium, manganese, vitamins A and C. It is one of the most popular vegetables in most kitchens. Here, we present you a simple recipe with only 5 ingredients besides zucchini.
What do you need to make zucchini pie:
- 4 small zucchini.
- 50 g of flour.
- 3 eggs.
- 300 ml of whole milk.
- 75 g of butter.
- 2 teaspoons of ground almonds.
- Parmesan cheese grated to taste.
- Salt and black pepper.
Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them with the help of an electric mixer. When they reach volume, add the melted butter, milk, and salt and pepper. Once all the wet ingredients are integrated, add the rolled zucchini and reserve.
Sift the flour into another bowl, add a pinch of salt, the ground almonds, the Parmesan cheese and lemon zest (optional).
Once both preparations are ready mix them well and then pour it into individual molds, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake them at 190 ° C for 20-30 minutes or until the zucchini cakes are golden brown. Bon Appetite!
