It is a tip that will not cost you anything and that works great, you only need to cover the guacamole with a thin layer of water. The water remains on the surface without penetrating it and acts as a barrier, this does not allow oxygen to enter, which is what causes oxidation.
Step by Step:
1 · Place the guacamole in a bowl or Tupper with a tight lid.
2 · Add a little warm water. The amount of water depends on the amount of sauce
3. It should cover the entire diameter of the bowl.
4 · Cover, take to the fridge and keep for up to 3 days.
5 · When they want to use it again, remove it from the fridge and discard the water.
