Healthy Carrot Mayo
- 4 big carrots or 650 grs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ tbsp of sea salt
- Juice from ½ lemon
Peel and cut the carrots, then we steam them for about 10-15 minutes until they are soft. Let them cool. When they are at room temperature, add carrots along with the rest of the ingredients to the processor until you get a soft and even cream.
