Side effects of eating too much watermelon:
Some side effects from eating watermelon are common in older people and young children, and among the symptoms they may have are: nausea, diarrhea, indigestion and bloating, according to what the American Cancer Society has said.
Studies have shown that people with high potassium in the blood should not eat watermelon. In the case of doing so, only one cup of this fruit per day is recommended.
