Hard boiled egg: Eggs are cooked in boiling water. For 6 minutes if we want the soft yolk and for 12 minutes if we want the hard yolk.
Baked egg: The eggs are placed in a flat-bottomed container, which we then put in the pre-heated oven, at medium temperature (170 º C), for half an hour.
Microwave egg: Egg is broken in a small microwave container to which 300 ml of water is added. Prick the yolk twice with a toothpick. Cover the container with a small plate. Cook for 45 seconds at half power. If necessary cook it for two or three intervals more than 15 seconds each.
Scrambled Egg : Eggs are beaten in a bowl and then poured into a hot skillet. Cook at low temperature, stirring slightly. You can add vegetables or cut sausages to the mixture before cooking.
Fried egg: it is unnecessary and unhealthy to dip the eggs in hot oil. Just moisten the pan with a thin layer of oil, let it heat and then cook the steamed egg over low heat.
