What do you need?
- Two tomatoes.
- Canned tuna.
The recipe is very simple. If you are going to use rice for the second day, you can reheat it in the microwave or steam it in a "bain-marie". To do this, bring a large pot of water to high heat and when it reaches the boiling point, place the rice on top in a colander without touching the water, and let the steam heat and hydrate the beans.
In case you prefer to use rice of the day, cook it and let it cool. Once ready add the previously chopped tomatoes, the tuna in pieces, the corn and the olives. Stir all the ingredients and then add the mayonnaise, if you want you can dress it with spices or aromatic herbs such as oregano, mix well, and Bon appetit!
