If you are a fan of pasta, you cannot stop cooking this delicious rolled lasagna with chicken accompanied by a creamy Alfredo sauce.
Rolled lasagna with baked chicken and Alfredo sauce:
For its preparation you need:
- 2 cups of chicken
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 180 gr of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- ½ liter of water
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 15 plates of pasta for Lasagna
- ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to Make a Chicken Rolled Lasagna
Wash the chicken well and then put it to cook for a few minutes in a pot with water, adding a touch of salt. When the chicken is soft, drain it and remove it from the heat. Let stand at room temperature and then crumble it. Reserve later.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180ºC. While you heat a frying pan over medium heat with little oil to prepare the Alfredo sauce. You add the butter, peel and dice the eyes and add it to the pan so that it fries, turning it so that it does not burn.
While stirring, add the liquid cream and cream cheese. Continue stirring until all ingredients are fully combined.
Incorporate the minced chicken in the pan and continue stirring, season everything by adding a pinch of crushed parsley mixes very well and reserve again.
In a pot with water, heat over medium heat and add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of rosemary. When the water begins to boil, we put the pasta, checking that the water covers it, and leave it to cook for 12 minutes or according to the instructions on the packaging.
After the pasta cooking time, remove and spread the pasta on a tray and fill it with the mixture you prepared and begin to roll. Perform this procedure until you are done with all the plates. Then spread the grated cheese, parsley over the coils and put it in the oven for 15 minutes, when the plates begin to brown, remove from the oven.
Serve hot this juicy and crispy rolled lasagna with chicken. They will be delighted with the taste.
