The recipe is extremely simple. Start by greasing a 16X16 cm mold with butter or cover it with vegetable paper, and turn the oven on at 180º C.

You can decorate the cake with grated chocolate or icing sugar

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat the whites to form peaks. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl, and put it in a double boiler until it melts. Stir constantly with a trowel so that there are no lumps.

Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl where you reserved the slightly beaten yolks, mix and then add the mixture to the egg whites. It integrates both mixes with smooth enveloping movements.
