If you have run out of options to cook chicken milanesas and do not want to eat them as usual, this is the recipe you were hoping to give a delicious change to this protein that is always present in our kitchen.
What do you need?
- 4 chicken milanesas
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 100 ml of whole milk
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g of milk cream (cooking cream)
- Chopped parsley
How to cook them?
Step 1: Marinate the milanesas with salt and pepper, and put them in a hot pan with oil over high heat, to brown them well on each side. Withdraw and reserve. In the same pan you will add a little more oil, the finely chopped onion, the garlic, salt and pepper and fry until everything is translucent.
Step 2: Add the milk to the preparation and cook over medium heat. After a couple of minutes add the cream cheese, stir to integrate well and add the milanesas again. Cook over low heat until the milanesas are well cooked and add the parsley a couple of minutes before turning off, so that it does not wilt completely.
Serve with salad and a good glass of wine.
