Zucchini Dough pizza
⦁ 1 cup of Quinoa or almond flour
⦁ Garlic clove
⦁ 1 tsp oregano
⦁ ½ tsp salt
Grate the zucchini and remove the excess liquid with a kitchen towel. Mix the zucchini with the rest of the ingredients. Put the zucchini in a waxed paper and use your fingers to form a rounded dough. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven. Turn the dough over and continue baking. Add the toppings of your choice (healthy ones) as tomato sauce, cheese, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy eating!
