- 300 gr of flour
- 120 ml milk
- 30 gr of butter
- 15 gr of yeast
- 30 gr of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 50 gr of butter
- 50 gr of sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 50 gr of chopped nuts
How to make it:
The first thing you should do is mix the warm milk together with the yeast in a bowl. Then add the sugar and the white butter, stirring very well until the incorporated ingredients are integrated.
In turn, also add the previously beaten egg yolk and little by little the flour mixed with the salt. Knead on the previously floured table, until you achieve a smooth dough.
Set aside, covering with a clean cloth until the dough increases in volume. Meanwhile, start preparing the filling.
Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes, while mixing the butter you left at room temperature with the sugar and cinnamon. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a glass bottle into a rectangle.
