You don't need much to cook this delicious coconut ice cream. The desire to do it is almost the main element to do it, and enjoy this refreshing dessert that is sorely needed on hot days.
What do you need?
- 1 1/2 (one and a half) cups cold whipping cream
- 1 can of condensed milk, (397 g)
- 3/4 cups coconut milk
How to make it?
Step 1: Mix the coconut milk with the condensed milk. If you want to obtain milk naturally, you only have to process the coconut pulp with a cup of water for a couple of minutes and then sieve with a cloth strainer.
Step 2: Place the cold cream in the mixer and beat until firm. Place this cream in a bowl, and mix the mixture of the two milks slowly and with enveloping movements until everything is well integrated.
Step 3: Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and mix again with enveloping movements and refrigerate (cover with plastic wrap) for 4 to 5 hours or until it has a firm consistency.
