This recipe is totally new compared to the traditional known bread recipes. You don't need flour or yeast, just oatmeal, and best of all, you don't have to wait hours for the dough to grow. So, take note and have fun making this delicious oatmeal bread.
To make oatmeal bread you need the following ingredients:
- 450 grams of instant oatmeal
- 2 cups of full natural yogurt
- 12 grams of baking soda
- 14 grams of ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
How to make oatmeal bread
Pour the yogurt and the baking soda in a bowl, mix well and then add ground flaxseed, salt and the egg, previously beaten.
Once all the ingredients are well mixed, add oats and milk and continue mixing with enveloping movements.
When the mixture is ready, pour it into a bread mold, and take it to the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, and bake it for an one hour and 10 minutes. Remember that the cooking time can vary depending on the power of the oven.
