What do you need?
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ onion
- ½ paprika
- 1 tomato
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Mayonnaise (optional)
How to make it:
Step 1: Wash the avocado, chop in half and extract the seed, sprinkle with a little lemon juice, add salt and pepper and place in the fridge.
Step 2: Uncover the can of tuna and drain the water or oil. Place in a bowl and add the chopped onion, tomato and paprika into small cubes, add salt and pepper and finely chop the coriander, mix well and if you want a little extra flavor, add a little mayonnaise (less healthy option but more delicious).
Step 3: Place plenty of tuna salad on the avocado and taste with your family.
