Last year the actress had to undergo an emergency operation after suffering an accident in the middle of recording.
In September of last year, actress Ruby Rose, who played Batwoman in the first season of the series, had to undergo emergency surgery because she was at risk of being paralyzed.
In a post on her Instagram account on the occasion of her speech, Rose explained:
"A couple of months ago, I was told that I needed emergency surgery or I was paralyzed ... (...) Thank you, Dr. Bray, for all you did and for allowing me to continue working and doing what I love. "
The truth is that recently the actress decided not to continue starring in the series without explaining, to date, the reason for leaving the production.
In an exclusive to NME magazine, Ruby commented:
“I have made the difficult decision not to return to Batwoman next season. This was not a decision I made lightly, as I have the utmost respect for the cast, the crew, and everyone involved in the show in both Vancouver and Los Angeles. ”
Certainly although there is no statement or accurate data, it is possible that the actress is preserving her health from any inconvenience.
The accident in which she was injured derived from a scene that did not have double action since the actress does not usually use them and performs all the scenes that appear in the script.
The truth is unknown, it only remains to suppose that the unpleasant accident made him take a distance from the performance for a while to fully recover and regain the confidence that surely crashed with her on the recording set.
