1.- The first step to follow is to extract all the juice from the coconut, for this you can use a corkscrew or other sharp object which you must insert into the striking holes that the rich fruit has. Once you're done, you should flip the coconut over a container and wait for all the juice to come out.

2.- As a second step, you must start to remove the meat from the coconut and for this you must break its shell by hitting directly with a hammer, then you must separate the contents of the shell using a small knife, try to make a kind of lever to make this task easier.

3.- The next step is to reserve two pieces of coconut to then grate it and the rest of the meat you must liquefy it, but before this we advise you to cut it into small pieces since otherwise you can damage the blender.

4.- Take the two pieces of coconut you reserved and start grating them. Only on the white side! Once you have finished you must reserve once more, and start with the smoothie. For the latter, you must gradually add the cut pieces of the coconut to the blender along with the juice of the previously extracted fruit. If you feel that you lack you can add natural water. At the end you must strain the content to obtain the coconut milk.

5.- Completed the previous step, you must go to the kitchen and toast the grated coconut together with a spoon of sugar in a pan with a splash of olive oil. Do it for 2 minutes or until the grated coconut changes its color to a caramelized shade. When done, start squeezing the lemons into a bowl.

6.- Once you have all the preparations ready, it is time to finish liquefying the coconut milk along with the lemon and the sugar according to your likes. Once you have tasted the mixture and the flavor is right for you, then it is time to add the ice and liquefy until obtaining the consistency of a frappe.
