To make Summer sunshine you need the following ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- half cucumber
- 3 lettuce leaves
- a pinch of sunflower seed buds
- 1 peach
- 1 cup coconut water
How to make it
- Wash and disinfect all vegetables and fruits well.
- Peel the peach.
- Add all the ingredients except the cucumber and the peach, in the blender
- Whisk until smooth, then add the cucumber and peach. Whisk again until everything is mixed.
