Step 1: Crush the cookies until you get a powder, add the melted butter and mix until you get a paste. Spread butter again melted to the mold or refractory that you are going to use. Place the dough in the mold and begin to spread evenly over the entire surface until it is neat and compact. Reserve in the fridge.

Step 2: Put the milk, the sugar and beat in a pot while adding the cocoa powder, then add the cream to assemble and do not stop mixing. When everything is well mixed and hot without reaching the boiling point, add the gelatin making sure that it is well dissolved. If the gelatin is in leaves remember that you must hydrate it with a little water first.
