Today we share with you the recipe for a delicious watermelon cake.
- A small watermelon without seeds.
- 200 grams of dried yogurt.
- Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
It is advisable to use absorbent paper, for the amount of liquid that will come out.
Cut the watermelon at both ends. One of them will work as a base. Then, cut the watermelon into 3 or 4 slices. Follow the measure of the width of your fingers. With a spatula spread the yogurt on one of the pieces, then place another piece on top and repeat the procedure with each piece. With wood chopsticks place the blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries to decorate. Finally, refrigerate for two hours. Enjoy!
