- 1 green pepper.
- 1 red pepper.
- 1/4 onion.
- 1 zucchini.
- Light cheese.
- Whole-grain "tortillas".
Cut 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper into strips and put them in the skillet with little oil. Meanwhile, add 1/4 chopped onion and 1 shredded zucchini. When the vegetables are almost done, add some light cheese to give it more flavor. Put a couple of whole-grain “tortillas” in the microwave for 10 seconds.
