Creamy Broccoli Soup
- 1 broccoli
- 400ml of coconut milk.
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Separate the broccoli into parts.
- In a saucepan add it together with the coconut milk and cook over low heat for a few minutes until it softens.
- Let cool a little.
- Blend until it is like a cream. Bring to the fire again and add a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
