Coffee cake with chocolate, one of the most perfect desserts you will ever taste

This recipe for coffee cake with chocolate will be very easy to prepare with our step-by-step approach. To make it you need an almond and coffee drink, so this cake does not contain lactose.

You can add vanilla or orange zest to this dessert, and if you feel the dough is too dry, try adding a little more coconut oil. Don't forget to decorate it with nuts and red fruits, and share it with someone special.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

For the dough, place the wholemeal flour, coconut flour, coconut palm sugar, salt and baking powder in a processor. Press 3 times until incorporated, add the coconut oil and process.

Add the egg and mix until a compact dough is formed. Remove the dough from the processor, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate it for one hour. Set aside.

On a clean and floured surface, extend the dough to 30 cm in diameter. Place in a greased and floured pie plate. Cut off the excess from the edges and let it rest in refrigeration.

Remove from the refrigerator and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and set aside.

For the filling, heat the almond and coffee drink until it starts boiling, then add the soluble coffee and the chocolate, and mix until it is dissolved. Pour the mixture over the cake dough, cool it down for 30 minutes or until the filling is solid.

Decorate with the walnut mixture, the strawberry, the blackberry, the raspberry and the inflated quinoa. Enjoy.


If you feel dry, you can add more coconut oil.
