If you love pasta, but take care of your figure, you'll love this cream spaghetti option, since we use whole grain spaghetti, low fat cream and turkey breast. Ideal to serve with steamed vegetables or as a garnish.
If you have eaten too much in the past December holidays, and now you want to start preparing lighter but tasty meals, we recommend you to follow this recipe that we share with you today. It contains a lot of fiber, and you will be satisfied quickly. Enjoy it!
- 2 liters of water, hot
- to the taste of salt
- 1 packet of wholemeal spaghetti, 200 g
- Oil spray
- 1 cup turkey breast
- 1 cup of cream, low fat
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley, finely chopped, for decoration
- Steamed vegetables, to accompany
In a pot, heat the water and when it starts boiling, add the salt, wait until it recovers temperature, that is, it comes back to a boil, and add the whole spaghetti, cook for 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a deep frying pan spray the oil and cook the turkey breast ham until it is lightly browned, add the whole wheat spaghetti and the low fat cream, mix until it is perfectly incorporated.
Serve hot, garnish with parsley and serve with steamed vegetables.
You can replace the cream with a mixture of half jocoque and half sugar-free yogurt.
