250 gr of pumpkin
75 gr chopped spring onion
75 gr chopped red bell pepper
75 gr chopped green bell pepper
100 gr of powdered cheese
Olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric
This is how you prepare it
Wash, remove the skin and cut the pumpkin into cubes, removing the seeds. Put the pumpkin cubes in a pot with water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Once the pumpkin is cooked (soft), remove it from the heat, put it in a bowl and, with the help of a fork, mash it. Set it aside.
Clean and cut the other vegetables in small cubes and cook them with a teaspoon of olive oil. Add the vegetables to the pumpkin, season with salt, pepper and a little turmeric and mix the ingredients.
When the mixture is warm, distribute the dough in 3-4 portions and give them the shape of a hamburger. Add over them some grated cheese. Cook them on a hot plate or in the oven at 180º in the option of gratin for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden.
