Ingredients
- 225 g of gluten-free fondant chocolate, dark or milk chocolate
- 150 g sugar
- 85 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 g gluten-free cocoa powder
- 30 g gluten-free rice flour
- 140 g chopped walnuts
Directions
Melt the butter with the chocolate over low heat.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the sugar is well blended and add the chocolate, then the rice flour and cocoa.
The last step is to incorporate the chopped walnuts.
Place on a baking sheet or in a square mold, previously lining it with greaseproof paper, and bake at medium heat (180ºC) until it is cooked inside for about 30 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, prick with a toothpick in the center to see if it comes out clean, at which time we can remove from the oven.
