- 1 package of Knorr® Spring Rice
- 3 chicken breasts, in Milanese
- 1/2 cups hazelnut, skinned
- 1 cup of skimmed milk
- 2 teaspoons chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted margarine
Prepare the package of Knorr® Spring Rice according to the instructions on the package by replacing the oil with a spoonful of Kitchen Spring Margarine.
Cut the chicken in cubes and season with 1 teaspoon of chicken broth. In a pan with the margarine cook the chicken.
For the sauce, blend the hazelnut well with the milk and the remaining teaspoon of chicken broth. Once the fire of the rice is extinguished, integrate the sauce and the chicken. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
