Try this delicious red fruit jelly, ideal to eat if you are on a keto diet. This easy dessert is low in carbohydrates and sugar, but great in flavor.
This keto jelly has three incredible colors thanks to its main ingredients as it is made of strawberry, blackberry and raspberry. This keto gelatin will undoubtedly conquer your palate and that of your guests.
Ingredients
- 14 grams of grenetine powder
- Water
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of Stevia
- 1 cup of blackberry
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of strawberry
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of Stevia
- 14 grams of grenetine, hydrated and melted
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of raspberry
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of Stevia
- 14 grams of grenetine, hydrated and melted
- Strawberry and red fruits, for decoration
- Mint, for decoration
Directions
To hydrate the grenetine, place it when it is in powder form in a container and mix with the water until it has a semi-liquid consistency. Rest until it hardens.
Heat the grenetine in the microwave for 15 seconds or until it becomes liquid. Repeat this step for each layer of gelatin. Set aside.
For the blackberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with stevia, blackberry and the grenetine. Pour into the gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the strawberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with strawberry, vanilla, stevia, and grenetine. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the raspberry gelatin, blend the Greek yogurt with raspberry, lemon juice, stevia, and grenetine and pour into the mold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Unmould and decorate with the red fruits and mint. Enjoy.
Tip
Do not overheat the grenetine as it will explode in the microwave. Try to keep it to 15 seconds.
