Preparation

We will start by preparing a rice pudding following your favorite recipe. Once it is ready and still hot, we will crush it with a mixer so that the grains will melt, but not completely. We reserve.

We crush the cookies with a kitchen robot or inside a bag with the help of a rolling pin. Add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Melt the butter and add it to the cookies, mixing well.
