With this easy recipe, we turn your favorite piece of bread into a delicious doughnut to share with your whole family.
This fun doughnut has a spectacular flavor, is soft and fluffy and is covered with a tasty apricot jam and white dagrees. This garibaldi doughnut is ideal to accompany a glass of milk or a cup of coffee!
- 4 cups of flour
- 1/3 cups of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 11 grams of yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cups of butter
- Oil spray
- 1 cup of apricot jam
- 1 cup of white tablets
Add the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixer and mix for 1 minute. Add the eggs one by one and the water, beat until all the ingredients are incorporated. Add the butter little by little and beat for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
On a board, form small balls of 200 grams.
Spray the thread mould with the spray oil, place the balls around the thread and spray them with a little more spray oil. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 40 minutes or until they double in size.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Cool and remove from mold. Varnish with apricot jam and cover with white sprinkles.
Serve the thread and accompany with coffee.
The consistency of the dough is sticky, but you can put some oil on your hands to make it easier to handle.
