Let’s prepare a healthy Pakora

Try this very tasty recipe and you will enjoy the benefits of a healthy meal. It is Pakora. Let’s fry some vegetables in a mix of chickpea flour, and let’s dip them in a delightful yoghurt sauce. See here how to make them.

Pakora and yoghurt sauce


Cut vegetables very thin. Steam the cauliflower for 3 minutes. Put in a bowl the flour and water and stir. Season it. Add the baking soda, the cumin and the garam masala. Stir it very well. Add the vegetables and stir some more. 
Heat the oil in a frying pan. When it is very hot, put in small portions of the dough, fry them and then let them drain the oil over a plate with an absorbing napkin. 
Sauce: Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add the honey and the lemon juice. Stir it. Add some parsley (optional)
Serve the pakoras and dip them in the sauce.
