Everyone loves ice cream. Even if you are a fitness person, you feel the need of cheating your diet and you buy some. But, wait! We bring you a healthy recipe so you can keep your fitness way. It is easy to prepare!
Dairy free coffee ice cream
- 3-4 bananas sliced frozen
- 1/4 cup espresso (at room temp)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Brew coffee.
- Let it cool.
- In a food processor, add the frozen bananas, coffee, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Take it back to the freezer for an hour.
