These mini hot cakes are an easy and very healthy option to start the mornings, plus they have a touch of Nutella, which will certainly make your day. Enjoy these delicious banana hot cakes, they are ideal to share with the whole family.
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg, 60 g
- 1 cup milk, 250 ml
- 2 cups almond powder, 150 g
- 1 teaspoon baking powder, 6 g
- 1 spoonful of sugar, 10 g
- 1 teaspoon of salt, 5 g
- enough butter, to grease
- 1 cup blue berries
- 1 tablespoon of Nutella, 15 g
In a container or bowl, crush the bananas, add the egg, milk and mix. Add the almond powder, the baking powder, the sugar, the salt and mix again until obtaining a semi-thick consistency.
Heat a frying pan to medium temperature and grease with butter. Pour a little bit of the hot cakes mixture, add the blue berries and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve to taste and spread Nutella.
You can take a ring to make them so that they fit a standardized size.
