Finely chop the mushrooms and mix them in a bowl with the fresh cheese, cornstarch, cream, egg, garlic powder, nutmeg and salt.

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, chipotle and vegetable broth. Cook for 15 minutes. In a pan with hot oil, with the help of a spoon, pour the mushroom mixture and form the patties. Fry for 5 minutes. Remove the excess fat.

Once you have the patties ready, mix them with the hot sauce and serve them on a plate. Decorate with fresh cheese and coriander.
