The Acai Bowl is originally from Brasil and it's main ingredients are Acai berries, which have a similar appearance to the grapes. Basically is a smoothie in a bowl, because it's mashed frozen fruit.


It's a yummy breakfast filled with vitamins and antioxidants, ideal for your healthy lifestyle.

HOW TO MAKE ACAI BOWL?

Ingredients:


- 3 ripe frozen bananas
- 2 or 3 big strawberries
- 1/2 cup of milk or yougurt
- Mashed frozen Acai. If you don't have it, use 2 tablespoons of Acai powder with 100gr of frozen raspberries
- Toppings: granola, seeds, nuts or fresh sliced fruits

Instructions:


- Blend the ingredients together until you get a thick, creamy mix.
- Pour the smoothie on your bowl and add your preferred topping.
- Enjoy!
