Rasmalai is a popular Indian dessert from all over South Asia, it was created in West Bengal.
Rasmalai consists of sugary balls between cream and panir (cream or cheese flavored with cardamom). It is an excellent option to prepare for celebrations and festivities, it is a dessert that can be enjoyed because it allows you to feel an explosion of flavors.

Ingredients:
• 20g of baking powder
• ½ liter of milk
• 100g of powdered milk
• Mint leaves, to taste
• 1 egg white
• 100g of sugar
• 10g cardamom
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix the powdered milk, egg white and baking powder until it forms a dough that comes off the walls of the container.
2. Make small balls. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
3. Boil the milk with the sugar and cardamom and add the balls.
4. When they emerge to the surface, turn off the fire.
5. Chill in for 2 hours.
6. Serve with mint leaves.
