Directions

Cut in small pieces or cubes all the ingredients: ham, bacon, cheese, onion, sliced olives, chilies in vinegar without seeds or veins. Chop the parsley and reserve.

Crush the chips a little bit in their bag, empty it and mix it with the eggs, cheese, olives and chilies. Season with pepper and salt. Preheat a frying pan with the olive oil, once hot add the ham, the bacon, the onion and fry for two minutes.

Once fried, add the eggs with all the ingredients and at the end the parsley. Let it fry for three minutes, turn around when you see that the egg has already curdled and finish cooking.

Let it rest for one or two short minutes and serve.

Tips

Serves two generous slices per plate with a side of fresh vegetables, lettuce and tomato.

A teaspoon of powdered chicken broth can be added to improve the seasoning.
