- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- sufficient oil spray
- Butter, to accompany
- Strawberry, to accompany
- Maple honey, to accompany
