Enjoy this easy and quick coffee dessert with a spectacular cinnamon cookie base, and a creamy and delicious cream cheese filling with a subtle coffee aroma.
This cake can be prepared without using the oven, and we assure you that it is completely addictive. Flavors of coffee and cinnamon taste great together, and when you try them on a cold dessert, you discover that they are a wonder.
- 3 cups of cinnamon cookies
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cups cow's milk, warm
- 5 tablespoons of soluble coffee
- 2 packs of cream cheese
- 2 cups of whipping cream
- 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 2 sachets of grenetine, hydrated and melted
- 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipping cream, for decoration
- 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, for decoration
- Cocoa for decoration
In a processor add the cinnamon cookies and process for 3 minutes. Mix the cookies with the melted butter. On a cake pan place the base of cookies and press well to compact. Mix the milk with the soluble coffee. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese, add the whipping cream and beat until it doubles its volume, add the powdered sugar, the vanilla essence and add little by little the coffee with milk and the hydrated grenetine.
Pour over the cookie base and refrigerate for 2 hours or until it sets. Beat the cream until it doubles in volume, add the powdered sugar, the cocoa and beat until it integrates
With the help of a sleeve with a smooth duya, add the whipping cream, and decorate with cocoa powder.
Served on a cake base, accompanied by a cup of milk.
You can add an espresso if you want more intensity of flavor.
