This fluffy chocolate keto cake will become your favorite dessert, and it's sugar-free!

Nothing better than a dessert with an intense chocolate flavor, that's why we prepared this recipe for Chocolate Key Cake. The interesting thing about this recipe is that it has no sugar or carbohydrates, and it is designed for when you are on a Keto diet, which is high in fat.

For this Keto recipe you need to use monkfruit, which is an ideal ingredient, because it doesn't increase glucose in the bloodstream, and it doesn't cause cavities either.

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

In a bowl of mixer, beat the eggs with the monkfruit until they double in size. Gradually add the coconut flour, cocoa, coconut milk, baking soda, baking powder, dark chocolate and coconut oil. Beat until incorporated and have a homogeneous mixture.

Grease a cake pan with the coconut oil and sprinkle with cocoa. Pour the cake mix and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and the cake comes out clean. Let it cool down and remove the mold.

For the bitumen, heat the coconut milk in a pot over medium heat, add the bitter chocolate and stir until it melts completely. Refrigerate and set aside.

Beat the bitumen until it doubles in size. Cover the cake with the bitumen, decorate with toasted almonds, raspberries and chocolate shavings.

Cut a slice and enjoy.

Decorate with almonds and raspberries.

Monk fruit does not increase glucose in the bloodstream, does not cause tooth decay, and has no adverse effects like many artificial sweeteners, so it is recommended for the keto diet.
