Ingredients
- 2/3 cups of butter, 150 g
- 3/4 cups of sugar, 100 g
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups of flour, 375 g
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 envelope of chocolate-flavored gelatin, 120 g
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 envelope of coconut-flavored gelatin, 120 g
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 envelope of walnut-flavored gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- Glass sugar, to decorate
- Chocolate chips, for decoration
- Walnut, chopped, for decoration
- Shredded coconut, for decoration
Directions
In a bowl beat the butter with the sugar until it has a creamy consistency. Add one by one the eggs, the flour, the salt, the baking powder until it has a soft and homogeneous consistency.
Divide the dough in 3 equal parts, add to one chocolate-flavored gelatin, to another coconut-flavored gelatin, and to the remaining one, nut-flavored gelatin, knead until each flavor is integrated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form small balls of the same size and place on a tray with paper to bake at 180 °C, for 25 minutes. Place on a rack, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy.
