Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the potato in a bowl and mash until it is completely dissolved, add the quinoa, spinach, oatmeal, almond milk, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, nutmeg, salt, bell pepper and mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.

Form the croquettes with the help of your hands and bread them with panko.

Place on a tray, spray with coconut oil spray and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning occasionally.

Serve and accompany with salad.

Constantly spray the kibble with oil spray to make it crisp and golden.
