Delicious recipe for chocolate cake with ground nuts prepared all in the blender! Don't miss the opportunity to prepare this delicious Viennese chocolate cake.
We are fans of chocolate, and we know you are too. That's why we are always on the lookout for recipes that include it. Chocolate is rich in polyphenols, flavonoids and catechins, antioxidant compounds that can improve blood flow and lower blood pressure, as well as increase HDL (or good) cholesterol and help lower LDL or "bad" cholesterol. It also acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory.
- 100 grams of butter
- 6 eggs
- 120 grams of semi-bitter chocolate
- 200 grams of walnut
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon royal
- 6 tablespoons of cow's milk
- 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
The oven is preheated to 180ºC. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a pan over a very low heat so that it does not burn.
Meanwhile, put the sugar, the nuts (previously toasted), and the eggs in the blender. Add them well and then add the milk, the flour, the royal and the chocolate and melted butter mixture.
Grease and flour a round cake pan (about 28 cm in diameter) and fill it with the cake mix from the blender. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, wait 10 minutes and then remove it from the mold. Let it cool down.
Before decorating with powdered sugar, turn the cake over so that the smooth part at the bottom is at the top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. It can be served with vanilla ice cream.
