This exquisite lemon brownie is a different recipe but very easy to cook. It is a sweet and tart dessert that you will love, and above all it will be the favorite of the "little ones" in the house.
Brownies are perfect to accompany a cup of coffee, enjoying at the same time a delicious dessert and sharing with your loved ones. The most common ones are the chocolate ones, which are not to be denied, they are a real delight, but these ones we bring you today, lemon flavor, are also a real delicacy, and we are sure you will be fascinated by them. - 230 grams of flour
- 230 grams of butter
- 340 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- lemon peel, Al Gusto
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 eggs
Line a 33 x 22 cm rectangular mold with butterfly paper, buttered and floured on both sides.
Mix the flour, melted butter, sugar and salt with an electric mixer. Separately, mix the grated rind and the lemon juice with the eggs. Combine the two mixtures and beat with an electric mixer at low speed until all the ingredients are well integrated (no more than 3 minutes).
Preheat the oven to medium temperature for 10 minutes before placing the brownie.
Pour the preparation into the pan and bake at medium temperature for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
Allow to cool, remove from mold and remove the parchment. Cut into individual portions. Prepare the lemon glass and use it to cover the brownies.
Served on a decorative tray.
